Payment Information:

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Your payment information is subject to Stripe's privacy policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain your account
  • Enforce our single session policy (security)
  • Communicate with you about your account
  • Improve our service
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Stripe - Payment processing. Your payment information is subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
  • Umami Analytics - Anonymous usage analytics. Umami is privacy-focused, does not use cookies, and does not collect personally identifiable information.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription or request account deletion, we will remove your personal information from our active systems within 30 days.

For legal compliance and dispute resolution purposes, we maintain an archived record containing: your email address, business type, role, account dates (signup and cancellation), and summary activity data (such as login counts and feature usage statistics). This archived data is stored separately from our active systems and is retained for up to 7 years as permitted for business records. Archived data is not used for marketing or shared with third parties.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your account and removal from active systems
  • Request information about any archived data we retain

We will respond to access, correction, and deletion requests within 30 days. Access requests are limited to once per 12-month period per account.

Upon account deletion:

  • Your data is removed from our active database within 30 days
  • You will no longer be able to log in or access the service
  • A compliance record is archived separately as described above

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encryption, secure authentication, and access controls. While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
