Terms of Service

Welcome to AgentBizData, a service provided by HarborCloud Labs, LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

AgentBizData provides access to a searchable database of Florida workers' compensation insurance policy information. The data is compiled from publicly available records and is provided for informational purposes only.

2. Account Registration

To use AgentBizData, you must create an account and provide accurate information including your name, email address, and payment details. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• No refunds are provided. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period
• Month-to-month billing, no annual contract. Prices may change with notice before your next billing date

4. Single User Policy

Each subscription allows one active session and one active user at a time. If you log in from a new device or browser, any existing active session will be automatically terminated. This policy exists to prevent unauthorized account sharing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share your login credentials with others
• Use automated tools to scrape, download, or bulk-extract data
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the data
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access restrictions
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

6. Data Export Limitations

Your subscription includes data export capabilities subject to the following limitations:

• Weekly Limit: You may export up to 250 new policy records per week. Weekly limits reset every Monday at 12:00 AM Eastern Time.
• Re-exports: Policy records you have previously exported may be re-downloaded at any time without affecting your export credits.
• Credit Tracking: Each unique policy record exported for the first time consumes one (1) export credit. The same policy record exported again does not consume additional credits.
• Unused Credits: Export credits do not roll over. Unused weekly credits expire at reset and cannot be accumulated.
• Fair Use: Export capabilities are intended for legitimate business prospecting. Automated bulk downloading, scraping, or redistribution of data is prohibited.

7. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

The information provided through AgentBizData is compiled from public records and is provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data. You should independently verify any information before relying on it for business decisions.

8. Account Termination

• By you: You may cancel your account at any time through the billing portal or by contacting us
• By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without refund

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HarborCloud Labs, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 1 month preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
